The brand’s approach to design is seen in the world’s most iconic products, and a century after the brand’s founding, it remains as relevant today as 100 years ago thanks to products that are simple, useful, and built to last. The Braun x Highsnobiety collection serves to celebrate Braun’s longevity and the impact its designs continue to have on our culture. For the project, we perfected the silhouettes of our favorite basics so they will become wardrobe staples years down the road — because good design never goes out of style. Pieces like the DN 40 T-Shirt are produced and finished in Portugal using high-quality materials that coincide with Braun’s dedication to superior craftsmanship. On the front of the tee we showcase one of iconic industrial designer Dieter Rams’ signature designs, a digital alarm clock with a fluorescent display and a light sensor that adjusts the display according to ambient brightness. The back of the shirt is embellished with the name of the product and the year of its inception, in addition to the name of the inventor.
